Hawkins Hatton, a highly regarded (Legal 500 & Chambers & Partners) boutique corporate firm, was founded in 2005 by Colin Rodrigues and Harminder Sandhu.
The firm enjoys exceptional, longstanding relationships with the professional services sector (Including bankers, accountants and corporate finance advisers) both regionally and nationally.
Hawkins Hatton has developed a loyal and expansive client base of larger SMEs (turnover £10m+), HNW indviduals and mainstream lenders (including HSBC, Natwest and Lloyds).

Hooper Hyde
Catherine Hyde has worked in the legal profession since 2004 at large corporate firms. In that time, she acted for all types of clients from individuals to small enterprises and multi-national corporations.
Following some life-changing events, Catherine wanted to feel like she was making a difference to her clients, building relationships with them, and seeing things through from start to finish. At the same time, creating a space to work in that met her needs as a human being.
This was the start of the journey to building HooperHyde.

Carbon Law Partners is a commercial and private client law firm built using Bamboo’s law firm operating platform. Its’ Partners come from a range of top 250 law firms in the UK and build their own practices.
