Michael Burne
Founder & CEO
Michael is the founder of Bamboo. He has been challenging the way things are done in the legal sector since 2010. Qualified as a solicitor since 1995, he has experience from City law firms, listed professional services business and has led large scale merger, acquisition and integration projects over the last 25 years.

Chief Finance & Risk Officer
William is a co-founder of Bamboo and it's CFRO. He's responsible for keeping us safe and keeping score! After a career in Linklaters & Wragge & Co as a corporate lawyer with funds and platform expertise, his experience in industry with platforms, wrappers and consolidators brings a unique perspective to Bamboo.

Operations Director
Kieren is an experienced senior leader with experience inside law firms and professional indemnity insurance spanning 20 years. Thankfully, he's not a lawyer! Kieren is responsible for the delivery of services to all of our Bamboo brands.

Graham Wood
Head of Resourcing
Graham leads on recruitment for all Bamboo brands including Carbon Law Partners and Hawkins Hatton. Graham has loads of experience in building businesses and attracting talent. Most recently as the head of sales in a data driven legal services business.

Rebecca Oxley
Operations Manager
Rebecca works closely with Kieren Windsor on the delivery of our core service offering to all Bamboo brands. After a career with an alternative legal services provider and prior to that working closely with senior law firm partners for nearly 20 years we are delighted to have her skills and experience to deliver exceptional service to our brands.
