We are delighted to share significant updates to our leadership team, marking a strategic move towards excellence across our group.
Matt Church Appointed as Commercial Director
We are proud to announce the promotion of Matt Church to Commercial Director. Since joining Bamboo in October 2023, Matt has made a significant contribution to the firm with his dynamic approach and business acumen. His promotion reflects his consistent performance and growing influence both within and outside the group.
"Matt's dedication and ability to embody our mission and values have been instrumental in his success," said Michael Burne, CEO of Bamboo Group. "His new role as Commercial Director will be pivotal in spearheading our group's commercial strategies and delivering sustainable growth."
In his new role, Matt will oversee group revenue growth, commercial strategy and manage key external relationships.
Rhiannon Cambrook-Woods Joins as Practice Development Director
In another exciting development, Rhiannon Cambrook-Woods has been appointed as Practice Development Director. After engaging with Bamboo as a Carbon Partner and gaining firsthand experience with our systems and culture, Rhiannon is now set to bring her extensive expertise in legal services management to this new role.
"Rhiannon’s appointment marks a significant step towards enhancing support for our lawyers across the group," added Michael Burne. "Her experience will be invaluable in ensuring that all lawyers across our group are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to build practices and to flourish.”
Rhiannon will work closely with our Brands, Partners and teams to develop their practices, accessing support from across all functions within our group.
